We have multiple classes per age group available, each student will be placed in the appropriate class according to age. Our Style includes Hand to Hand Combat (Japanese Jiu Jitsu), Wrestling & BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). We focus every lesson around the five pillars of fitness which are speed, strength, stamina, flexibility & balance.
